I have always said I want to have a career, not a job. We ‘work’ our whole lives so why settle or be unhappy when we have that control of doing absolutely anything we want to? I come to work every day knowing that I am adding value to someone’s business, as well as ours. Being in an industry that is constantly changing and at times unpredictable, means I am also learning and creating something different every single day.
