Richard comes to Reputation By Design from a long career in Technology at some of Australia’s biggest financial services organisations. Most recently he spent 5 years as the Chief Technology Architect at TAL Insurance overseeing significant transformations such as the acquisition and merger of the Suncorp and Westpac life insurance businesses. Most importantly he developed deep knowledge of the emerging opportunities with modern technology and how to successfully innovate at scale.
