Since 2015, Reputation by Design® has grown from a one (very skilled and experienced) woman operation into an award winning agency with hundreds of award winning clients. Our business is a growing team of 14 marketing experts, graphic designers, copywriters and journalists and we are proud to be in a position to give back to our community.

In 2020 our team of award submission writers helped over 200 clients become award winners, adding credibility to their businesses and helping them proactively craft their reputations.
2019
Our team of marketing and award submission experts grew internationally to encompass Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, South America, and the Middle East. This allowed us to build on different strengths and become a more specialised and high performing team.
2018
We introduced social media management services to our offering and brought true expertise to this marketing sphere to free up more time for our clients and deliver them better results.
2016
Our team grew from one to four to cater to our rapid client expansion. We introduced award submission writing services and won for our clients. These were our first of hundreds of wins to come!
2015
Karen founded 101 Things in Sydney, Australia drawing on her 20 years of experience in marketing roles in a diverse range of companies including Ford Motor Company, Westpac, Virgin Money, AGL, Ray White
and Loan Market. She saw a gap in the market for a more hands on and personalised approach to marketing, and the way to do this well was to start her own business.
Karen aimed to provide bespoke marketing services at more of a local level, completely customised to each unique client and their individual goals. She was now able to flex her creative muscles, try new things and maximise results!
