How does your social media pricing work?
When you work with Reputation by Design, you’re working with the National Winner of the 2022 Australian Achiever Awards for Advertising, Marketing and PR and the Winner of the 2022 Best Social Media Marketing Consultancy in Sydney at the Australian Enterprise Awards.
So while we might not be the cheapest social media agency around, we are proven to be the best.
Our pricing is per month, based on the number of social media channels you have and the frequency of posts we need to make in order for you to achieve your goals.
There's no set term, as we want you to be happy rather than feel 'locked in'. In saying this, we do feel it takes 3-6 months to build momentum on these platforms.
Do you provide paid social media services or Google Ad services?
No we don't, as we specialise in organic social media optimisation and posting, and can refer you to other specialist agencies that provide paid advertising services. We’d rather be unbeatable in a small range of niche services than mediocre at everything.
Why is Google Business Profile so important?
Think of Google Business Profile as another ‘social media’ platform, but owned by Google who loves its own products! It’s therefore VERY important to claim, optimise and gain Google reviews on your Google Business Profile to get those search engine brownie points.
Google Business Profile helps you rank higher in Google searches and improves your discoverability when optimised and used consistently (much like your other social media accounts).
Which social media platforms should I be on?
There’s no one correct platform to be on for every business. Instead, ask yourself, “where are my clients hanging out online?”.
LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook are among some of the most common platforms with huge audiences. Google Business Profile is also great for local businesses who want to rank for ‘near me’ searches.
Twitter is for real-time, news based announcements. But again, think about where your ideal clients are spending their time online and
emulate that.

Social Media Optimisation
What is social media optimisation?
Social media platforms have algorithms as a way of sorting posts in a users' feed based on relevancy, instead of publish time. Social networks prioritise which content a user sees in their feed first by the likelihood that they'll actually want to see it. Social media optimisation is a way
to fill your pages and profiles with more information about you and your services so that the algorithms know exactly who to serve your accounts up to.

We do all of this work for you and provide you with a full report of what we've done and further enhancements you can make, for example, requesting recommendations because these are better coming from you, not us.

What are the benefits of having an optimised social media account?
So many! Improving your discoverability by your target audience is the key benefit. For example, if LinkedIn doesn’t know enough about you, it doesn’t know who to serve you up to in searches.
There are certain sections, keywords and key content a social media platform’s algorithms favour. We will find out who your target audience is and how to best attract them to each of your social media profiles.
What’s the difference between social optimisation and social management?
Social optimisation ensures your account (page or profile) is loved by the algorithms, so it can prioritise your content. Social media management involves posting and monitoring your social media accounts to increase your following, engagement or brand awareness.

How many changes do I get with my graphic design project?
One round of changes are usually included with each estimate, with additional rounds of changes being charged as extra to your estimate. We trust you will love what we produce, check out our reviews for client feedback!
What do I need to have ready to get a graphic design project done?
Once we have the go-ahead,we’ll send you an Asset Checklist which ensures you know everything you need to send to us to get started. This usually includes your high resolution logo, brand style guide (brand colours and fonts), any specific headshots or images you’d like to use, contact details and your call to action.
How long does a graphic design project take?
This depends on the project! Short flyers and brochures have a 2-3 business day turnaround. You will receive regular updates from our team to keep you up to date with how your job is progressing, including any milestones or questions along the way.

This depends on the qualifying criteria for each award. Some awards may request business metrics and growth, while others are more focused on community impact, but we’ll explore this with you.
