Proactive reputation building

When Ashleigh Pakis first approached us in 2021, she was in the early stages of establishing her mortgage broking business, Panache Financial. From the outset, Ash believed that both social media management and industry awards could strongly support building her reputation and profile.

Dissatisfied with her previous social media company, Panache Financial also asked us to take over the running of their social media in 2022, saving her time, hassle and ensuring consistency and frequency of posts and engagement.

In the first six months, Ash’s engagement rate increases 2,557%, her reach increase 1,085% and she’s making more personal connections with existing clients. Panache Financial’s following also increased by over 100% proving that consistency is key.
