Karen is Reputation By Design’s Founder and Director, starting the business in 2015 and bringing to the table more than 25 years of marketing experience.

This invaluable experience comes from a wide range of industries and businesses of all sizes, including Ford Motor Company, Westpac, Virgin Money, AGL, Ray White, and Loan Market.

She has received an array of awards over the last decade, including the 2023 Innovation & Excellence Awards for Marketing Firm of the Year, 2023 Corporate LiveWire Global Awards for Marketing Firm of the Year - Australia, Best Sydney Social Media Marketing Consultancy in 2022, and Sydney Marketing Consultancy of the Year in 2021.

Karen has led her team of marketing experts to great success and continues to grow them into industry leaders in their field.

Why do you love coming to work every day?

I come to work to create opportunities every day for our clients and my team to do what they are great at and are passionate about. And the more successful we are collectively, the bigger difference we can make to our community-giving program through B1G1 and volunteering.
